Millbrook Caps Season with Win

On a day when the Mustangs did not play their best offensive basketball, the team needed contributions from all sixteen players to squeeze out a win. Gunnery fell behind by ten early in the first half, but worked its way back to lead by three at the break. Although Millbrook never did take the lid off the rim, a consistent team effort on defense held Gunnery to four second-half points, and allowed Millbrook to come out on top.

Jonathan Destazio led Millbrook in his final game, after a four-year stint with the team. Beginning his career as a little point guard, he finsihed as a stalwart forward, and dominated the boards in this game, helping seal the defense we needed to win.
