With the stewardship of an exceptional leadership team and the full confidence and support of the Board of Trustees, we are realizing our aspirations and undertaking the "For All" campaign to support the continuing evolution of Millbrook School.
This is a comprehensive campaign to ensure our facilities advance our mission, values, culture, and close community. A larger endowment and greater, sustained annual support will diversify our student body, fortify our faculty, and strengthen the prorgrams that make Millbrook, Millbrook.

Priorities to be met by our Centennial in 2031 include:
- A new boys dormitory, currently under construction and set to open in the fall of 2026, will provide a warm space for building community and enhancing faculty-student connections
- Major improvements and additions to athletic programming and the Mills Athletic Center, including a new hockey rink and field house
- Expansion of the Flagler Memorial Chapel
- An increased endowment to support financial aid, faculty salaries, and professional development, and ongoing maintenance of our campus
- Six new faculty houses, completed as of early 2024

- Prum Hall renovations
- Koenigsberger Hall, a new girls dormitory
- The Barn, a complete renovation to the student center, snack bar, College Counseling Office, and School Store.
