For the past decade, she has served as a Public Safety Telecommunicator, where she is responsible for answering emergency and non-emergency calls, dispatching police, fire, and EMS units, and coordinating critical information during high-stress incidents. In this role, Lauren has developed strong skills in multitasking, rapid decision-making, and maintaining calm communication while assisting both the public and emergency personnel during urgent situations.
