On Saturday, September 30th, the new faculty children's playground was dedicated in memory of Lee S. Holbrook, Class of 1983.

With the Holbrook family, Millbrook trustees, faculty and their children in attendance, Mr. Robert Anthony ('65) began this special dedication with warm words about Lee Holbrook - his former advisee and good friend - and concluded by reading the dedication plaque: "Given in loving memory of Lee S. Holbrook '83 by her family and friends in recognition of Lee's special love and passion for the care and development of young children. May future generations of Millbrook faculty children find joy in this space in Lee's honor."

Millbrook faculty children have already enjoyed several beautiful fall afternoons on the playground which is made from approximately 15,000 recycled milk jugs, a constant reminder to everyone on campus to keep recycling.
