The varsity field hockey team defeated Westover on Saturday, Oct. 14th, 2-0, improving their season record to 5-2-2. The game wasn't one of our best. The seniors were exhausted from taking SAT's that morning; Westover's field was short and bumpy, plus stick errors plaqued us throughout the game. However, the forward line produced again, as Anthony scored 2 goals in the first half, with assists from Villeneuve, Blundon and Ascencio. Particularly fine play was exhibited by midfielder Zimnoch and goalie Maglaque, and defender Roxborough made a fantastic goal line save in the second half to keep Westover scoreless.
