Season Opener Loss

On a scorching hot weekend, Millbrook fell 2-8 to visiting Greens Farms Academy. GFA got off to a fast start about ten minutes into the first half, though Millbrook was able to get on the board. The second half saw four unanswered GFA goals, but again, Millbrook found a way to score another - bringing the final score to 2-8. This year's young squad remains undeterred by this part weekend's loss, and look to strengthen their efforts both individually and as a team this upcoming week.
