Millbrook Splits at Bull's Bridge

Historically, having a match on the same day as a Headmaster's Day has not fared well for the Mustangs.  Today was no different.  The squad traveled to South Kent to play the Cardinals and Saints.  The day was beautiful, but Bull's Bridge always seems to catch the wind and today was no different.  The boys also had some difficulty with the largest and fastest greens they have seen to date.  All the teams struggled a bit, as evidenced by the Medalist from South Kent scoring 41.  Andrew Purse and Zach Copolla wwere on his heels with 42s.  Taddeo Galli is searching for his true form and shot a 46.  Cole Hayward came in with 47 and both Dylan Schmalz and Oliver Kish carded 48.  South Kent won the match with 218 while Millbrook's 225 was just enough to edge out Salisbury's 230.  Coach is hoping that the boys picked up on some of the intricacies of the course as we turn around and play there again on Wednesday.
