Millbrook Falls to Kent

The Millbrook Mustangs hosted Kent on Wednesday, a week since their last game. Kent was able to string together some solid hits and take advantage from some Millbrook miscues. Kent went up 3-0 in the first inning, and Millbrook then held them until the 4th and 5th inning when they added to their lead. Ultimately, the Kent pitcher was too much for the Millbrook hitters to muster a rally. 

Highlights include:

-a great catch from Kelly Naula ‘24 in centerfield in the 2nd inning

-a nice throw from Abby Hylan ‘25 and tag from Jaicee Downs ‘26 to catch a Kent runner steal attempt

-solid infield defense to shut down a bases loaded situation to keep Kent from scoring in the 3rd inning, including a great over the shoulder catch from Downs

The Mustangs look forward to hosting Greens Farms on Saturday for our Family Weekend game.
