VISION 2025

Millbrook School Momentum is undeniable, and our path forward will continue to be built on our mission, identity—those things that make Millbrook, Millbrook—and aspirations.

Our academic and residential life plans through the year 2025 and beyond include:
  • Major improvements and additions to athletic programming and the Mills Athletic Center including a new hockey rink and field house
  • A new Counseling Center and Business Office on Pulling Circle - COMPLETED
  • A new boys dormitory
  • Dorm improvements across all existing dorms, boys and girls
  • Anthony House, a new alumni house on Pulling Circle - COMPLETED
  • Pulling House on Pulling Circle - a new home for the head of school, very much the same only better - COMPLETED
  • Additional new faculty housing
  • New and renovated spaces for the World Language department, the humanities, and the library
All plans for these continuing improvements are being done in typical Millbrook fashion—with thoughtful and intentional design.

We also continue the important work of increasing our endowment:
  • By 2025, our goal is to raise an additional $30,000,000 in endowment to support financial aid, faculty salaries and professional development, and ongoing maintenance of our campus.
  • The Casertano Family Fund for Financial Aid is an additional endowed fund of $5,000,000 in honor of Drew and Linda Casertano. Drew Casertano was Millbrook's head of school for 31 years, and his wife, Linda, was Millbrook's longtime director of financial aid. This endowed scholarship fund is the ultimate recognition of their service to Millbrook and their roles in educating and changing the lives of so many students.

EXTRAORDINARY PROGRESS

MORE THAN $150 MILLION RAISED FROM 1990-2021

Millbrook's parents, alumni, and friends have been incredibly generous to our school, as we raised over $150 million towards the endowment—to support crucially important faculty development, financial aid, and student program initiatives—and student life, academic, and campus master plans.

  • Casertano Hall, new dining facility
  • Prum Hall renovations
  • Koenigsberger Hall, a new girls dormitory
  • The Barn, a complete renovation to the student center, snack bar, College Counseling Office, and School Store.
  • Frederic C. Hamilton Math & Science Center, our newest academic building
