Mustangs Fall to Griffins in 2 hour match

While the score feels pretty lopsided, Millbrook and Pomfret engaged in an epic battle on Saturday afternoon.  All but two of our top 8 matches went four or more games.  #1 Sutter Schwartz continued his consistent play to beat his opponent 3-0 and #5 Jack Nestler, who was coming back after an illness, lost 0-3.  Beyond that, #'s 3, 4, 6, and 8 all went to five and thanks to extended points, the match ended up lasting close to 2 hours.  It was a great Saturday afternoon of squash and both the Pomfret coach and I were excited to see such close matches.  We hope we'll get to see Pomfret again at New Englands!
