Staying on the front foot most of the game, the squad emerged victorious after a close defeat against Gunn the previous week. Goals from Jake Newman, Joey Tanski, and Beckett Kilzer secured the win, while Ricky Perkins had the game of his season to maintain a clean sheet. With well over ten saves on the day (most of which were breathtaking and bold), Ricky emerged as the player of the game. The early lead allowed for the whole team to earn valuable playing time. With a rubber match a couple weeks away, and the team hopes to record a few more W's in the meantime.
