Alumni Weekend 2023

Close to 200 proud Millbrook alumni came to campus to reminisce about their time at school and to make new memories with old friends. Along with the traditional trappings of Alumni Weekend, two special events marked milestones that bridge Millbrook’s past with the future.

Tom Pulling, son of Founding Headmaster Edward Pulling, traveled from Florida for the dedication of the new Pulling House and to be on hand for the official opening of Anthony House, next door on Pulling Circle. Bob Anthony ’65, aka “Mr. Millbrook,” was joined by friends, family, and Millbrook luminaries to cut the ribbon for the stately brick edifice that bears his name. Bob also received the prestigious Millbrook Medal from Millbrook's 6th headmaster, Drew Casertano, during a ceremony at the Flagler Memorial Chapel.

Members of the Class of 1973, on hand for their 50th reunion, gathered in Schoolhouse to share their recollections of their time at Millbrook as part of the ongoing gathering of alumni oral histories. There were campus and Trevor Zoo tours, updates from the Trustee Advisory Committee members, and plenty of time to reconnect with fellow Mustangs.

Head of School Jonathan Downs ’98 welcomed his classmates back to school for a celebration of their 25th reunion, and the class of 2018, celebrating their 5th, were loud and proud throughout the weekend. A significant number of graduates from more than 50 years ago were also on hand.
