Mustangs win at Forman

The Mustangs beat Forman with both offense and defense.
Millbrook traveled to Forman for their 2nd meeting of the season.  The Mustangs were very productive on both offense and defense.   Rushing and passing were both contributors to the Mustang offense.  Reception touchdowns were scored by WR Thomas Sullivan (29 yards) and TE Will Weiskopf (15 yards). Other key receptions were made by SB Alex Murray and WR Thomas Sullivan. Rushing touchdowns were scored by FB Mike Nassif (5 yards, 6 yards, and 11 yards) and QB Matt Amato (41 yards off an offensive fumble and 50 yards).  Both Amato and Nassif each scored a 2-point conversion.  SB Alex Murray also contributed to the rushing offense.  Key tackles/sacks on defense were made by MLB Mike Nassif, CB Matt Amato, DT Jason Weiss, DE Alex Murray, DE Jaylen Thatcher, FS Mac Elliott, and DT Jack Linnartz.  Key special teams tackles were made by Jaylen Thatcher, Ashton Colangelo, and Will Randolph. CB Matt Amato also made a pass interception.  K Thomas Kruijtzer was able to routinely kick deep into Forman territory on kickoffs.  After the game, the Mustangs were treated to a burger/hotdog cookout by Forman, a very kind tradition when Millbrook visits.  Next week, the Mustangs are at home against Harvey School for the first ever football meeting between the two schools.
