Mid Hudson Veterinary Practice
Megan grew up in Dutchess County, New York. Her love for animals began when she was a summer volunteer at the Trevor Zoo prior to attending Millbrook. During her time at Millbrook, she was a four-year zooie, curator, and head curator, studied cortisol levels in White Nosed Coatis as her senior research project, and worked part-time at a local veterinary hospital. In 2013 she graduated from Susquehanna University with a bachelor's degree in biology. After graduation, she returned to Millbrook and was the keeper supervisor at the Trevor Zoo for two years before attending veterinary school.

Megan graduated from Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2019, and she is currently an associate veterinarian at Mid Hudson Veterinary Practice and a consulting veterinarian at the Trevor Zoo. Her love of animals, travel, and the natural world paved the way for her to study, explore, and work in numerous countries including Costa Rica, Ecuador, The Galápagos Islands, St. Kitts and Nevis, and Guatemala.
