Jasper Turner brings more than two decades of experience in independent schools and a passion for helping both students and teachers thrive. An award-winning mathematics educator and nationally recognized educational leader, he has presented at conferences across the country on cultivating belonging, faculty development, and the creation of joyful learning environments.

Before joining Millbrook, Jasper served in leadership roles at Berkshire School and Tabor Academy, where he led academic departments, residential life programs, and faculty initiatives. Today, he works closely with teachers across all disciplines, helping them continually refine their craft while also teaching BC Calculus and staying deeply connected to students.
