Justice of the Peace Monelle Quevillon was most recently a detective with the Ottawa Police Service, leading investigations and testifying as an expert witness in collision reconstruction.

She has held several other positions with the Ottawa Police Service, starting as a patrol officer before becoming a school resource officer, working primarily with Ottawa’s two French school boards. In that role, Monelle delivered presentations on bullying and cybersecurity and responded to issues involving students engaged in criminal activity.
For several years, she also mentored cadets through the Ottawa Police Cadet Program.

Fun fact: Monelle is not only a Millbrook alum, but also a former French teacher at Millbrook!

Monelle graduated with her bachelor's degree from Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts.
