Kelly grew up in Greenwich, CT, with her two older brothers and her cherished Welsh Springer Spaniels, Ginger and Lily. She graduated from Millbrook in 2015, leaving a piece of her heart there.

Even after graduating, Kelly spent the following three summers living in Millbrook, competing with her horse, Devine Intervention, in eventing and working as the assistant organizer, social media manager, and program editor for Fitch’s Corner Horse Trials.

She received her bachelor's degree in strategic communication from Elon University in 2019. After graduating, Kelly moved to New York City and worked for a startup restaurant advisory firm, Hospitality Firm. There, she worked directly under Steve Hanson, founder of BR Guest Hospitality Group, and Alex Gaudelet, formerly of BR Guest and MGM Grand Las Vegas.

COVID-19 unfortunately cut her time in the city short, but brought her out to Sag Harbor on the East End of Long Island, where she currently resides with her husband and two dogs, Fig Newton and Camilla. She is currently the events and experience manager at The Reform Club, a luxury boutique hotel in Amagansett, where she oversees all events, brand partnerships, and guest experiences.
