Paul came to Millbrook from Quebec, Canada, as a Vth former. This is his second year of work at the zoo, and he has this to share about his experience:
1. What's your favorite animal at the zoo?
“My favorite animal is the arctic fox, because its fur changes color from season to season!”
2. What's been your favorite experience at the zoo?
“My favorite experiences at the zoo have been with the red pandas, because they aren't afraid of me. Therefore, I can get really close to them.”
3. What have you learned from working at the zoo?
“I’ve learned that working as a team is always better than working alone.”
4. What advice do you have for future zoo curators?
“Do not be afraid of the animals, because they can feel it, and the situation can quickly degenerate!”
