Adi Fracchia is a Michelin-trained chef working in New York City. She has spent over a decade cooking and serving thoughtful food in some of her city's best kitchens.
After graduating from Millbrook, Adi went on to Hamilton College and from there to a brief career in international development in Washington, DC. It wasn't long before she realized that line of work was not for her. She soon moved to New York City and began working as a dishwasher.
Since then, she has had the opportunity to work alongside some of the world's best chefs. She has served as an executive chef at a wood-fired restaurant in the West Village, head chef of an all-day cafe, cooking school, and event space, and now runs her own private chef and consultancy company.
