From right here in Millbrook, Reid has worked at the zoo since his IIIrd form year. Now a Vth former, he shared the following about his time at the zoo:
1. What's your favorite animal at the zoo?
“My favorite animal is the gecko because when taking care of them you get to hold them.”
2. What's been your favorite experience at the zoo?
“My favorite experience at the zoo so far was my first time working the red panda exhibit my freshman year.”
3. What have you learned from working at the zoo?
“I have learned a lot about conservation and what’s necessary to correctly care for animals.”
4. What advice do you have for future zoo curators?
“Apply yourself, and don't be afraid to ask questions.”
