Inga has dedicated much of her career to serving under-resourced communities and people with developmental disabilities, including neurodivergent youth and children and adults with profound autism. She credits her education with fostering her passion for service.

A 2003 graduate of Millbrook, Inga earned a bachelor’s degree in public policy and economics from Hamilton College, a master's degree in educational leadership from Virginia Commonwealth University, and a postgraduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Manhattanville College. She is a board-certified behavior analyst and a licensed behavior analyst in New York State.

Inga currently serves as Senior Program Director at Anderson Center for Autism, supporting program development and the agency-wide implementation of evidence-based practices. Before joining Anderson, Inga worked for several educational non-profits as an educator, community outreach coordinator, and director of a transition-to-independence program.

She also serves on the board of the Latvian Lutheran Church Camp, which further shapes her commitment to service. Outside of work, Inga enjoys horseback riding, skiing, and cheering on her two middle-school-aged children from the sidelines.
