As a senior program manager, Rachel Carey leads strategic, cross-functional technical and operational initiatives for Squarespace's website builder and hosting platform. With over ten years of experience in the technology industry, Rachel has developed a strong foundation in project management, stakeholder alignment, and digital innovation.

In her current role, Rachel partners closely with engineering, product, and design teams to ensure the successful execution of complex projects that align with the company's goals. Rachel holds a bachelor's degree in sociology from Trinity College in Hartford, CT, and resides in New York City with her husband and young son.
