Born in Montreal, Canada, Cedrick Noel arrived at Millbrook speaking only French. While learning a new language and adapting to boarding school presented significant challenges, his time at Millbrook would bring an even greater one: open-heart surgery to replace a failing heart valve with a mechanical valve. That experience became a turning point, sparking Cedrick’s interest in the human body and a desire to help others restore their health.

After Millbrook, he attended Life University, earning degrees in chiropractic and nutrition, and entered full-time practice in 2002.

Over more than two decades, Cedrick’s work has expanded beyond traditional chiropractic practice. An inventor, educator, and entrepreneur, he founded NeurdSolutions, developing a neuro-rehabilitation method he teaches to healthcare professionals worldwide, as well as rehabilitation devices used internationally. He later founded In-Home Spine Care, which develops solutions for at-home spine care.

Cedrick is also deeply committed to teaching, faith, and community service. He and his wife, Kendra, have three children: Olivia, Tristan, and Chase. His own journey informs a message he shares with young people: the obstacles we face can sometimes become the experiences that propel us forward.
