Following Millbrook, Laura attended the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia, where she double majored in government and global Studies with a concentration in European Studies. After college, she went straight into law school at the Georgetown University Law Center. At Georgetown, beyond the basic curriculum, her studies focused on international and human rights law.

Laura graduated law school in 2024 and has since worked at the global law firm of Winston Taylor LLP in New York City. At Winston she works on a wide range of cases, including sports matters, international arbitrations, employment disputes, and pro bono matters involving immigration law and human rights.
