Millbrook Varsity Golf finished 5th out of 6 teams on Saturday at the Hotchkiss Invitational. Brunswick (203) won the tournament followed closely by Hotchkiss (206). Salisbury (226) and Canterbury (233) both were within reach but Millbrook (235) had to take solace in a one stroke victory over Trinity-Pawling (236). Sam Lawson-Johnston was our low man of the match firing a smart 41 through the wind and rain. Harrison Grymes and Griffin Everts struggled on the precarious 9th hole, both making 10s to shoot 49 and 50 respectively. Tommy Nolan came up big for us with a nice 47 while Kenny Eger shot 48, each in their second ever match for Millbrook. Tyler Flatau also fell victim to the 9th hole, playing a ball that had gone out of bounds and therefore being disqualified.
