Millbrook @ Brunswick
The Millbrook boys’ lacrosse team traveled to Greenwich to visit perennial New England powerhouse Brunswick on Wednesday. Brunswick is a discipline program that knows how to win. Millbrook came out in the first quarter a little sloppy with penalties and not maintaining possession on offense. We headed into the game wanting to win each quarter. Millbrook played a much closer game after the 5-0 opening quarter. Once the boys returned to the game plan, they played much better and the effort was consistent. Battling back from the 1st with 3 solid quarters of lacrosse shows the character of our players. We are nearing the midway point and need to treat every game as if it were our last.
