Millbrook @ Kingswood-Oxford

Millbrook came out firing early opening with a drive from X and turning the corner as Eddie Laux netted the first goal of the season. We looked good in the face-off X all day and kept long possessions on offense. Individual effort was strong and shows the potential of the team. Moving forward a balanced attack from all 6 players on offense will be more beneficial. Taking care of the ball is important but finishing each possession with quality shots could have changed the course of the game. KO came out strong and kept the scoring even. In the fourth quarter Millbrook brought the score within 1 with plenty of time left on the clock. Two penalties in the final 3 minutes did not allow our offense an opportunity to put this one away. It is right back to work for the boys and we are focused on our next opponent.
