Westy too much for Millbrook

On Monday Millbrook competed against a good Westminster team. Even though Millbrook out shot Westminster 28-23, Millbrook lost 7-0. The game itself wasn’t as bad as the score makes it seem. Millbrook controlled the puck for a significant amount of time in the offensive zone during the course of the game. Most of the goals scored by Westminster came from fast breaks and odd man rushes up the ice. Jamie MacMillan ‘09 started the game, but was replaced by Tim Cooney ‘11 in the second period. The Millbrook team needs to put this game behind them and look forward to their next game, a league game, against Gunnery on Wednesday January 21, 2009.
