Millbrook at South Kent School

The varsity boys lacrosse team traveled to South Kent School on Saturday for a Tilt with the Cardinals.  The Mustangs were able to set the tone early with help from Lynn Harrington 08’ and Zack Vitt 08’ winning face-offs. 

Offensively, Millbrook was paced by Sam Augustine 08’ with 4 goals on the day and Graham Derby 09’ with 3 goals.  Defensively Jason Lee 07’ tended to the goal keeping duties and did a fine job in his first start. Overall, a number of younger Mustangs contributed in the win and received a great deal of game experience on the day. 

The Mustangs take to the road again on Monday when the face-off against Gunnery at 4:30PM. Millbrook now stands at 8-2 on the year.   A special thanks to all of the families that came out to support the boys on the day and to Ms. Harrington for supplying the after game refreshments.
