Girls Give Westover a Beating at Home
On Saturday May 17, 2008 Millbrook hosted the Westover Varsity girls
team. The girls started the game with intensity. Millbrook girls came
out with a strong 17-5 win. Goals came from team captain Mimi Anthony
’08 (3) and Devin Hardy ’08 (1), Evie Pierrepont ’08 (4), Kealin
Maloney ’08 (4), Allie Cavanaugh ’08 (1), Nell Burdis ’10 (2), Molly
Chapman ’08 (1), and defensemen Hallie Bates ’08 (1). A shout out to
defense players Kristin Zublin ’09, Maddie Fuller ’10, and Xan Duhoski
’10. Mary Rose Morrison did a wonderful job in net. The girls are
excited for their game against Miss Porter’s girls on Wednesday.
