The Lady Mustangs took on visiting Chase Collegiate today and from the openning kickoff the girls put on a strong and dominating performance.  The girls played terrific possession as they kept the ball moving all over the field.  With the game only four minutes old, tri-captain Kat Gilmour ('16) slid a pass past Chase's backline where junior Sophia Denney ('17) collected the ball and buried it into the back of the net for her first goal of the season.  Eight minutes later, Gilmour would net her first of day, assisted by new comer Suwaibatu Mohammed ('19). With 17:46 remaining in the first half, Kesi Cania ('17) would net her first of three for the day; assisted again from Gilmour.  The half would end with the Mustangs up 3-0.

Millbrook started the second half much as they did in the first.  With Chase being undermanned, the girls knew it was going to be just a matter of time before Chase would be unable to withstand the Mustang's continuous attack. At 33:15, Gilmour would net her second of the day, again assisted by MohammedGilmour would return the favor as she set up Mohammed for her first goal of her career 1 minute later.  Three minutes later, Denney would score her second of the day (assisted by Mohammed). Cania would finish the scoring for the day with a goal assisted by new comer Lizzy Chamberlin ('19) and another unassisted.

Keepers Katie Bishop-Manny ('17) and third former Mackenzie Emery ('19) shared the shoutout with 2 saves each.
