Continuing to Fly Under the Radar

Still with a key injury early in the season Millbrook has a strong showing, finishing 4th, missing 3rd by only 2 points and 6 points behind second place. Archer received a trophy for 5th place (19:00) and Sheldon a medal at 7th (19:13). John Norfleet (20:15), Brett Supinski (20:17), David Westcott (20:39), Evan Williams (20:41) and Trevor Burt (22:10) rounded out the varsity team.
The JV team won their race by a landslide (27 points, second place had 64) while missing 3 of their best runners, continuing to show the depth of the Millbrook. Gabe Fekete (2nd at 21:27) Ryan Downs (3rd at 21:40), Mark Frega (4th at 21:47), and Charles Norfleet (8th at 22:33) ran as a pack for much of the race while Jordan Green (10th at 23:40) stayed further back but passed several people on the second mile.
