Girls V Lax Beats Green Farms
The Girls Varsity Lacrosse team traveled to Green Farms
Academy on Wednesday. Even after a long ride to Green Farms the girls were prepared
to fight for a win. At the end of the game it was Millbrook’s Varsity
girls that came out on top, 18-6 win. A majority of the girls including
all of the senior, captains Mimi Anthony ’08 and Devin Hardy ’08,
Kealin Maloney ’08, Evie Pierrepont ’08, and Allie Cavanaugh ’08. Other
goals were from Nell Burdis ’10, Rose Mandel ’09, Xan Duhoski ’10,
Olivia Farrell ‘10, and Molly Chapman ’11. The defense also contributed
to Millbrook’s win. Mary Rose was on her A game and has prepared for
her and the rest of team for their next game against KO’s girls.
