The JV Squad Pulls in their Own Victory!
The JV squad travelled to IMS to face both IMS and Dutchess Day. Travelling with almost exclusively third and fourth formers, we ran a 2.2 mile course through the woods and back around their atheltic fields while racing hard. Sam Iacavazi and Jason Lei sprinted in, nearly tying both finishing in 13:53, but Sam pulled just ahead of Jason. Victor Lou went out in first early but was ultimately began to feel injured and finished forth in the race followed closely by Tau Loving in fifth. Ben Berg and John McNulty also sprinted to the finish, Ben just passing John for 9th place.
The rest of the team fought hard, runner such as Henry Shulz pushed to exhaustian and Andre Selz had a great first finish as a Mustang after getting back to health this week. Jason Wei, Zack Stern, and Buz Galbraith all had their strongest races of the year as well.
