Millbrook Can't Quite Get Over the Hump

Millbrook played some its best defense of the year, but could not overcome another early deficit. Trailing 27-19 at half, Millbrook allowed only 4 points in the first 12 minutes of the second half, and pulled within 4 points of the lead. Foul trouble and fatigue eventually took their tolls, however, and GFA pulled away in the final 3 minutes. Gianna Muscari '15 led Millbrook with 13 points, and Abby Sanford had 5 assists.
