Millbrook at Lawrenceville

Millbrook visited Princeton Day School and their coach Kat Smithson (M ’02). Millbrook had the edge in talent and experience and skated to an easy 7-1 win, though PDS’ young team never gave up. Mary Rose Morrison tallied a hat trick to get Millbrook moving in the first period, and some new scorers took over after that, with Kristen Zublin and Claire Bould scoring their first goals of the year. Evie Pierrepont played her first game and contributed two assists. All in all, it was a very good team effort, and the girls had much to be proud of on and off the bench. There was a great turnout for the visitors, which was much appreciated.
