BVH vs. Hotchkiss 1/8

The boys varsity hockey team played extremely well for the first two periods against Hotchkiss but could not hold the lead and took a very tough loss to Hotchkiss. Millbrook took an early lead when Tom Nolan stuffed home a rebound on the power play half way through the first period. Hotchkiss answered with a goal later in the first, but Millbrook seemed to take control in the second period off goals from Mikkel Joehnk and Kevin Altidor, who scored on a beautiful shorthanded breakaway move. However, just over four minutes into the third period the 3-1 Millbrook lead had been erased by 3 lightning quick Hotchkiss goals. Millbrook worked hard to tie the game for the rest of the period, but could not put one by the Hotchkiss net-minder.
