Millbrook Welcomes Playwright and Director Dr. Rosary Hartel O'Neill
Millbrook welcomed Playwright and Director Dr. Rosary Hartel O'Neill to campus to work with students on October 18th.
Dr. O'Neill is the author of 25 plays and three books, her plays have been performed in cities across the U.S., and she has spoken and taught around the globe.
During her visit, she met with students studying playwrighting as well as students developing their portfolios. She offerred feedback, answered questions, and lead creative discussions and reflection.
"It's always exciting to bring a professsional from the industry onto campus," said Director of Theater Elaine Lifter. "Students are able to inquire about what it is like to be a professional in the performing arts industry, as well as participate in discussions that push their creativity," she said.
We are excited to follow our students as they continue to create and use their inspirtation from Dr. O'Neill's visit.
