Zooie of the Week - Cindy He '18
Our Zooie of the Week is Cindy He, a IV former from Beijing China.
Last year, Cindy cared for Foxy during the winter community service rotation during her III form year. Anyone who has spent time around Foxy knows he is a very friendly animal, almost like a house pet. Cindy quickly made a connection with Foxy that cemented her interest in the Trevor Zoo.
“At home in China, I do not have any pets, but I like animals a lot. My favorite part of being a Zooie is watching animals run or swim towards me when I feed them. Last winter, after it had just snowed, I went to feed Foxy, and it looked so beautiful in his habitat with all the fresh snow. I really want to continue to work at the zoo for the rest of my time at Millbrook.”
Cindy also enjoys art, specifically drawing, and she is working on some designs for our new Trevor Zoo t-shirts.
