A Colorful Weekend Featuring Alumni Musical Performance
A weekend full of exciting events included an excellent performance by alumnus Sam Jaffe’s ’12 band, Del Water Gap.
Saturday night students packed into the barn for an open mic that featured alumnus Sam Jaffe ’12 and his band, Del Water Gap. Sam received a warm welcome back, with students immediately jumping out of their seats to dance to Del Water Gap’s energetic songs.
Sunday morning, students participated in a “color run” (where runners are sprayed with water and covered with colored powder) to raise money for schools and orphanages in Ghana. The color run is a new event in Millbrook’s growing Ghana outreach program. Early this summer, a group of students will make Millbrook’s third service trip to Ghana.
