Rye Rolls Over Millbrook

Having jumped to an unsual early lead, Millbrook watched as Rye scored 20 of 22 points in the last ten minutes of the first half. The Mustangs did mount a brief run, sparked largely by Nell Burdis's offensive energy, to cut the lead to six points midway through the second half, but Rye grabbed all the loose balls and made all the key shots from that point on. Taylor Nelson had ten points and 9 rebounds for Millbrook.
