<b>Zooie of the Week - Brandon Pecchia</b>
Brandon Pecchia '11 has been awarded Zooie of the Week for his ongoing dedication to the animals in his care.
Brandon was a fantastic zooie with his first animal assignment, the snakes and monitor lizard, and although he was nervous about working so closely with them, he did not complain. In addition to feeding the snakes and lizard, he did a wonderful job cleaning their cages every day.
Brandon is now caring for our North American Porcupine, Erethizon dorsatum. Having learned everything he was supposed to about his new animal the week before he assumed his new responsibility, he set a great example for the other students in the zoo. Since then, he has been doing very well at making sure she has clean dry hay and a variety of enrichments.
Congratulations, Brandon, on a job well done.
