Winter Weekend 2016: Fierce Competition and Strong School Spirit
Winter Weekend 2016 was spirited, competitive, and packed with creativity. Each dorm brought strategy, teamwork, and jubilance to the competitions, making for a hard fought victory for the Prum/Guest dorm team. West and Case earned second and third place respectively.
Students built anticipation around who might win the annual competition by participating in Spirit Week events throughout the days leading up to Winter Weekend. They adorned the campus with signage and flags representing their dorm and also wore themed attire.
On Friday, the campus was colorful with dorm pride décor and with students donning their dorm colors in preparation for the pep rally. The pep rally launched the weekend festivities and the competition proved fierce with many dorms scoring high in the major event categories:

On Saturday, students participated in a scavenger hunt, attended home sporting events, and celebrated at a casino themed social gathering. Pillow polo, a whipped cream pie bubblegum competition, video presentations, and airband performances rounded out the weekend.
