BVH vs. Hoosac 2/19

Kevin Altidor deflected a point shot from Carl D'Amour-Belizario with less than a minute to play in overtime to secure a 2-1 home victory against Hoosac Saturday night. The teams traded goals in the second period, with Josh Freitas tallying the first goal of the game and Hoosac scoring on a deflection off a skate. Millbrook controlled the puck for much of the game, but the combination of good defense by Hoosac and a very strong effort by their goalie made it a struggle to find the back of the net. However, Millbrook peppered six shots on net during the overtime period, and the pressure paid off with Altidor's game-winner. Ken Eger and Tim Sestak split the game in net. Eger stopped all of the shots he faced, and Sestak made two big breakaway saves.
