lessons learned in adversity

Berkshire, quite possibly the best prep school soccer team in New England, rolled onto the Millbrook campus this afternoon with an undefeated record. It was quickly apparent that this juggernaut was not to be tripped up by our team. Scoring in bunches, the Bears put the game out of reach early in the contest. To their credit, the Millbrook boys did their best to make a game of it. Boisvert and Darmon (one goal), back on the pitch after lengthy absences, played very well. Bouda scored our second goal, Reed and S. Colman played hard in the midfield and Templeton and Tartaro worked the back corners skillfully.
