Millbrook wins 43-25 vs. Westover

Millbrook used their tough hard-nosed defense, and a 51-35 rebounding differential to fend off a well-coached Westover team 43-25 on Wednesday. While the Mustangs did not have their A-game offensively, they were able to hang their hats of lockdown defense and strong rebounding. It was a physical game from the tip, resulting in many turnovers for both teams. Millbrook got up 16-8 in the first quarter and won each quarter after that.

Kimora Jenkins returned to score 18 points, 4 rebounds, 2 assists, and 3 steals.
Khya Jenkins fought through contact all night to score 7 points and contribute 16 rebounds
Lili Westerhuis was a force defensively and hauled down 14 rebounds
Evelynn Najork led the Mustangs in many ways while adding 4 rebounds, 3 assists, and all of the hustle plays.
