Millbrook 3rds soccer scored early and often en route to a 6-1 victory over Gunnery.  Three minutes into the match Andrew Purse scored his first of two goals on the day off a beautiful set up by Henry Rosenberg.  Six minutes later Rosenberg tallied his first of two goals off a Henry Carr set-up.  Purse added a score off of a deep free-kick to build the lead to 3-0 going into the break.

In the second half, it was much of the same for the Mustangs.  Zach Brasser added a goal and an assist.  Rosenberg scored his second goal off of an Adam Lucas feed and Gavin Schneible capped the Mustang scoring with an unassisted goal, his first of the year.

David Waterman was back in goal and gave a focused and consistent performance, stopping 8 of 9 shots on goal.

Once again the defensive back line of the Millbrook squad was anchored by Wyatt Winfrey, Walker Hincenbergs and Mike Vance.

The Mustangs will head to Canterbury on Saturday to see if they can earn their first road win of the season.
