This vibrant program serves students at the beginning of their journeys as artists and those who are advanced and may attend art school. Millbrook's art department is highly collaborative, working in the Holbrook Arts Center, where visual and performing arts are gathered under one roof. Here, teachers and students explore a contemporary framework for art making and performing that is interdisciplinary within and beyond the arts center.
We seek educators who value creating inclusive classrooms and curriculum. Prior teaching experience is preferred. In addition to teaching four sections, this position includes coaching or supervising an afternoon program for two out of three seasons and serving as an advisor for up to six students. Energy for adolescents, adaptability, humor, and integrity are the hallmarks of Millbrook's faculty. Housing may be provided and would bring with it residential life duties.
Salary range: $41,000-$90,000
Placement in the salary range is based on experience, education, and all other factors permitted by law.
Interested candidates should learn more about this position and submit a brief cover letter, resume, and list of references to Art Department Chair Joe Raciti and Dean of Faculty Jasper Turner using our
