Millbrook Opens Season with a nice win!

The Millbrook Boys JV Squash team opened the 2013-14 season as it closed last season - with a win.  After losing all of last year's players from a 12-1 team, I was unsure of what to expect, but the boys have been working very hard for the past few weeks of practice and are playing some smart squash while improving their physical conditioning and skill.  It all paid off today with a solid win over a scrappy, determined Canterbury team.  There were many good points and close games, as we won all 12 matches and only dropped 2 games along the way.  The match of the day was at #2 where Captain Henry Flickinger '15 fell behind 2-1, to come roaring back with solid depth to win 12-10 in the fifth.  The rest of the ladder is as follows and they all won in straight games:
