As students anticipate the start of the 2010-2011 school year, one member of the Millbrook community is already here and ready.
Meet Pang-Pang the red panda, the newest inhabitant of Millbrook's Trevor Zoo. With over 180 exotic and indigenous animals, the AZA accredited zoo also houses seven endangered species, including the red panda.
Pang-Pang was born June 2009 and lived the first year of his life in Cleveland's Metroparks Zoo in Ohio. In April 2010, Pang-Pang joined Hope, Millbrook's other red panda, who came from the National Zoo in D.C. in April 2009. One can recognize Pang-Pang by the bright white fur along his sides.
Come to the Trevor Zoo and meet these two youngsters! They can be seen playing around the exhibit in the early morning or late afternoon.
